*If you for any reason are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it and receive a full refund with in 24 hours of your receipt of the product.**
We also offer a 7 day return police on all Items
ITEM(s) MUST BE RETUNED WITHIN: 7 DAYS
REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AS: merchandise credit

If the item(s) are not as described, we will offer a Merchandise Credit out side of the *Initial Satisfaction Warranty.
In most cases this will be minus shipping fees.
If it the product is defective or not as advertised we will attempt to replace the product at our expense including shipping.
If you have any problems or questions about a product please contact us right away.

**We must receive your email or phone call with in the *Initial Satisfaction Warranty period in order to be eligible for a full refund of your purchase price and shipping.

If you would like to return an item
Please follow these instructions:

Repack the Item in it’s original box or a facsimile and return the Item to the Ship From address that was on the box.
Please note the return shipping ID or number.
Then Email

Put in the subject field: Refund
Please include:

The Receiving Shipping Number and the Retuning Shipping Number.
The name the payment was made in and the date the payment was made.
A contact email and or a phone number.
A brief description of why you want to return the item.

If you would like to exchange the Item please include the catalogue number of the item you would like instead. You will be contacted with in 24 hours and your refund will be issued or you new Item reshipped once we have received your return and in some cases tracked your return with the shipper.

Note:We are sorry that we can not at this time take Credit Cards via the internet.
Because of our attempt to bring a better quality of merchandise only available to those in the Big Cities to Rural America as well as all our products coming from American Distributors.We have had a great deal of interaction problems from some of the major Online Credit Card Processing vendors. who would not pay us.
